Waffles for a good cause
"Can we come by and make a donation? -Yes, great, then we'll be happy to come". The short summary of the end of a great campaign by pupils from 3C at Eschen secondary school.
Chiara Famlonga, Alexander Ritter and Korab Cekay came by and presented us with the donation. "At school, we looked at SDG goal no. 16 Peace, justice and strong institutions," explains Alexander Ritter. "This gave rise to the idea of baking waffles and selling them for SOS Children's Villages during the school break," adds Chiara Famlonga.
