Emergency aid Palestine and Israel

Armed conflict has claimed thousands of lives in Israel and Palestine since October 7, 2023. According to the OCHA, it is estimated that over 1.7 million people in the Gaza Strip are internally displaced. Children and young people are among those most affected by violence, deprivation and inequality.

Countless people have been injured. The fighting continues and claims more lives every day. Houses, schools, medical facilities and other vital infrastructure in Gaza have been damaged or completely destroyed. The psychological strain on people - especially children - is immense in both countries.

The SOS Children's Villages have been on the ground in Israel and Palestine for years, providing vital aid, psychological support and a home for orphans.
